When you use a form on this site — the contact / brief form, the course waitlist, the affiliate application, or the newsletter — we collect the details you submit: your name, email address, and any project information you choose to share.

We also collect basic, non-identifying technical data (such as your browser language) to operate the site.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, scope a project, add you to a waitlist or newsletter you opted into, and improve our work. We do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you (for example an email or form-processing provider, and our database host), and only as needed to deliver what you requested.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have shared by emailing team@bowcrest.in.

Retention & cookies

We keep submissions only as long as needed to act on them. The site uses minimal, essential storage (for example your light/dark theme preference) and no advertising trackers.
